Returns and Refunds

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and delivering high quality products to our customers at UNCLASSICS. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your engraved or unengraved item in its original condition within 30 days of your order being delivered, provided the item meets the return policy.

Refunds for engraved products are only available for items purchased on or after August 21, 2020. Please refer to the Withdrawal (Refund) section below for further details.

WARRANTY

UNCLASSICS jewels are produced with care, and quality materials, so we are confident of our products with generous return and warranty policies.

All UNCLASSICS products come with a free manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of any manufacturing defect, UNCLASSICS will be happy to repair your item free of charge as long as your item meets the terms and conditions of the warranty.

All repair requests are subject to inspection by the quality and warranty support before the request is processed. Our quality assurance team determines that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will inform you of any repair services available from UNCLASSICS for a fee or otherwise.

The free lifetime warranty is only available for products purchased after June 1, 2017. For products purchased before this date, the 2-year warranty remains in effect from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty and Lifetime Repair

  1. The warranty is only admissible for manufacturing defects and does not cover deformation and damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, third party intervention on the product or normal wear and tear.
  2. The product will be considered as out of warranty / not covered by repair service in the event that the item has been modified in any way including engraving, resizing or repair by a third party such as another jeweler or person other than UNCLASSICS.
  3. If any part of the jewelry (including but not limited to stones, chains, hooks etc ..) falls, it must be returned together with its parts before any attempt to repair. UNCLASSICS assumes no responsibility for missing parts or stones.
  4. The lifetime warranty is not transferable to third parties.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the following:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, whirlpools or baths
  • Scratches, dents or nicks caused by wear or misuse.
  • Bent, caught or worn out allowing a stone to fall or be lost due to negligence or other damage
  • Lost or stolen stone
  • Items that have been abused or worn out of expectations for normal, daily wear.

Please note that the following arguments are the characters of the article and cannot be considered as defects:

  • Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship
  • Natural characteristics of metal or precious stones (such as color, internal inclusions, etc.)

RETURNS

You can return your item to UNCLASSICS for either a refund, resizing, engraving or repair request. All we ask is that you write us an email at [email protected] and include a printed copy in your return package.

A confirmation email, including the return address, will be sent to your email address after submitting your return request. Please note that the return request will be processed based on the information submitted online.

Pack your items well before shipping. We suggest that you send your item via an insured and trackable shipping method. UNCLASSICS assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of items in transit.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by UNCLASSICS and remains the responsibility of the customer.

Our returns department will start processing your return within 2 – 4 business days of receiving the product. Please note that all returns are inspected by our quality and warranty team before a refund request is processed and charged according to the return instructions. Once the item is inspected, in the event of a charge, a notification will be sent prior to any work done to process your request.

Please read the information below carefully before returning your item for refunds, engraving, sizing changes or repair requests.

WITHDRAWAL (REFUND)

Your return must meet all of the following conditions in order to be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item has not been worn and shows no signs of use, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, stains or other defects.
  • The original product seal is intact and has not been removed. (All unengraved and engraved products are sent together with a black lanyard with the UNCLASSICS logo hanging on the product. Make sure it has not been removed.)
  • The product must be returned complete with all complementary items (the original gift box, certificates of authenticity, and other promotional items).
  • The product has not previously been modified.
  • The product does not include diamonds purchased as part of the GIA certification.
  • The product has been returned to UNCLASSICS within 60 days of delivery of your order.

We will credit the refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear again in your account depending on the bank or card issuer.

Items that have earned a store credit can only be returned with another store credit and never for a cash refund. Store credit cannot be redeemed for money or transferred to someone else or used for services such as express shipping or the cost of a measurement change.

MODIFICATION OF MEASURES

UNCLASSICS will be happy to change the size of the unengraved or engraved ring once free of charge within the first 30 days of receipt of the product. Custom or modified products (special orders that have been designed and / or produced to customer specifications) are not eligible for free resizing.

Please note that rings can only be changed within the offered size.

To return a product for size change, follow the procedure described in the “RETURNS” section. Be sure to submit your product for size change without complementary items such as gift wrapping or certificates as these items will not be returned after the size change process.

Please note that rings can only be changed to size within the size range offered on the UNCLASSICS website. Custom design rings (special orders that have been designed and / or manufactured to the customer’s personal needs) are not eligible for free size change.

The size change process only applies to change the size of the ring. The width or thickness of a ring cannot be changed.

The process of the size change takes approximately 25 business days depending on the product and a modified ring will not be eligible for a refund.

REPAIR

To return a product for repair, follow the procedure described in the “RETURNS” section. Make sure to send your product back for repair without the complementary items such as gift wrapping or certificates as these items will not be returned after the repair process.

Please note that the repair process takes approximately 25 business days depending on the product.
