Description
Ancient necklace of the early ‘900 also called ‘Saliscendi’. Rare fabric model with golden trina mesh on which 9 kt red gold stars are applied. The pendant of the ups and downs is in the shape of a butterfly in gold mold with chisel finishes and engravings, beads and vitreous stones. The butterfly is a symbol of the soul. A similar pendant of the late nineteenth century is found in the MNATP of Rome which is part of the De Giacomo collection of 1910 of unknown origin.
